NHS East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is seeking the views of people who use, or have used East Lancashire Hospital’s Trust Treatment Room service.
The Treatment Room Service is available to provide a wide range of clinical interventions to support people with their health care needs.
Treatments include (but not exhaustive to):
- Ear care and wax removal - provides ear assessment and care advice. Ear syringing if required
- Leg ulcer management and treatment – provides specialist assessment/diagnosis care and treatment of leg ulcers
- Removal of steri-strips, sutures and staples - provides assessment of wound and removal of steri-strips, sutures and staples following trauma or surgery
- Wound Care management – provides assessment and an extensive range of wound care and dressings.
