In order to improve our services the practice welcomes feedback, both positive and negative, about the care we offer. Following an appointment, providing we have your up to date mobile telephone number you will be given the opportunity to participate in the Family and Friends test, in addition you can complete our paper Family and Friends test questionnaires which are available in the waiting room, or electronically on our Friends and Family page.
You can telephone, call in person or email email@example.com. Patients wishing to comment on the services provided by the practice should contact the practice manager or your own doctor. Feedback is shared at monthly team meetings to try to improve any poor aspects of our service and build on the positive aspects. We have a policy for dealing with complaints which can be obtained from the practice manager if required. You can also leave feedback by going to the NHS website at www.nhs.uk, then locating our practice.
